About Beacon Ridge
Beacon Ridge is a not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Indiana, PA. Our community of care strives to meet the diverse and changing needs of the people we serve. Our experienced staff uses an individualized, goal-oriented approach for each person. There are no restricted hours for visiting. Children and pets are encouraged to visit as well.
