Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Night Shift

The primary function of this position is to oversee the total delivery of nursing care and related services for all residents and in compliance with all federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Beacon Ridge currently has opportunities for FT and PT positions with 12-HOUR schedule on the NIGHT shift (7PM to 7:30AM) as a RN Supervisor.

$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

TOP AREAS OF FOCUS FOR OUR RNs

  • Directs and provides resident care and services according to physician orders and the interdisciplinary plan of care.

  • Administers drugs and treatments in compliance with facility policy and procedures.

  • Assists in the development and maintenance of resident assessments and interdisciplinary plans of care.

  • Make daily resident rounds, addressing and correcting any necessary operational issues.

  • Share verbal and/or written reports with the Director of Nursing.

  • Provide supervision to LPNs and Nursing Assistants.

  • Assist with interviewing, scheduling, training and disciplines.

  • Makes recommendations for quality improvement.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds and occasionally push carts weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds. A full list of physical demands is available upon request.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and in possession of a valid license issued by the Commonwealth of PA. Current CPR certification.
