Beacon Ridge, a Choice Community, is a not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The community of care strives to meet the diverse and changing needs of the people it serves. Our experienced staff uses an individualized. goal-oriented approach for each person while meeting preferences to meet their satisfaction. There are no restricted hours for visiting. Children and pets are encouraged to visit as well.
